During the Alliance of Independent recognised Members of Sport (AIMS) General Assembly held ahead of the SportAccord International Federation Forum, ISSA Secretary General Nasser Majali presented ISSA’s new strategy and flagship programs, and provided an update on the 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh.

The AIMS General Assembly offers an important platform to strengthen relationships with the member International Federations and other key sports stakeholders, consolidating its influence in the global sports community.

Other key discussion points included the AIMS Anti-Doping Commission Report from Jor Verleger, Chair of the Anti-Doping Commission, and an overview of the SportAccord Executive Committee meeting, summarizing AIMS activities at the 2024 SportAccord World Sport & Business Summit in Birmingham, UK.
